Thanks everyone for your support - the app was really useful but I can no longer support Google’s changes. 

In order for Obsessed to access your Google Analytics data the app needs to store your username and password on your iphone.  We take privacy very seriously and ensure that your username and password are encrypted so that no one else could access them, even if they stole your phone.

Additionally the app is read-only so that if your phone was stolen they would not be able to make any changes to your Google Analytics account or access your account from another computer.

Obsessed uses your username and password to login to Google Analytics as you and obtain the required realtime analytics data from your account - the key aim of the app was to make a really simple and fun way to access this amazing resource on your iphone.  The app does not poll google for data - it simply presents the existing data that Google supply in an app-friendly manner.

We are still awaiting our app store feedback but just wanted to ensure that everyone knows what the app will do.  Basically there are currently no apps on the app store that allow access to Google’s amazing Real-time analytics.  If you have used these in the browser then you will love our new iPhone app that will allow you to see instant analytics on the go.

We are very excited and will post here as soon as it’s live on the App Store!

The first version of Obsessed is now in for review with the app store.  Because it’s doing some pretty revolutionary stuff we really hope it’s going to get through without amendments.

The app is going to offer the first iphone app offering of Google’s real-time analytics for people that can’t be without their statistics wherever they are.

We are launching with English, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, French, German and Portugese version of the app.
